Is Cinestill suing Reflx Lab? (800T Trademark)

Over the past few weeks, Cinestill has been all over film forums regarding an alleged lawsuit against Reflx Lab. “The issue appears to stem from the use of the designation “800T” by Reflx Lab, a Chinese company which also offers Kodak cinema films converted for use in stills cameras.”

In this video, I will go over my understanding of the Cinestill 800T trademark situation and try to explain how this will affect brands like Reflx Lab and their motion picture photography film in the future.
